How to Graph Logarithmic Functions in Excel

The Logarithmic functions in Excel can be plotted by generating a data table with the numerical values and values of the logarithmic function for corresponding numerical values and then using the built-in charting tools in Excel to create a chart. 

Follow the steps to Graph a 10 Based Logarithmic wave in Excel

Step 01: Create a column of numerical values and enter values as shown in the picture

Step 02: Input the following formula in cell C3. Press Enter and AutoFill the remaining cells in column C

=LOG10(B3)

Step 03: Then, select the data range B3:C11

Step 04: Go to the Insert tab

Step 05: Select Scatter Chart, from the Charts section
